Garbage and recycling became physical networks with their own vertical routes, storage, and collection jobs. A built loading dock adds shared bay pressure.

Electrical Rooms and Water Mains now feed separate risers with capacity, metered upkeep, strain warnings, expansion tools, overlays, and a letting consequence. Tuning and production assets remain.
