Founding-list privacy notice
This notice covers the founding-list form at cubedtower.binaryforge.ca. CubedTower is our public working title; earlier development builds use the name Curtainwall.
What we collect
If you join, we store your email address, selected interest, consent version, signup source, status, and submission time. The application does not store your IP address. Cloudflare, our hosting provider, may process network metadata needed to deliver and protect the site.
Why we collect it
We use the list for closed playtest invitations, occasional development notes, and short project surveys. We do not sell the list or use it for third-party advertising.
Consent and removal
Joining is optional. Every marketing email will include an unsubscribe route. You can ask us to remove or correct your information at hello@binaryforge.ca. We keep the record until you withdraw consent, the list is retired, or it is no longer needed for this purpose.
Security and access
Signup records are kept in a restricted Cloudflare database. Access is limited to people working on this project who need it for the purpose above. No storage method is risk-free; if a material incident affects the list, we will assess notification duties under applicable Canadian law.
